Mousetail Landing State Park

Located at 3 Campground Road, Linden, Tennessee, 37096, this park is 1,300 acres. It has a picnic pavilion, an archery range, a gazebo, two playgrounds, two volleyball courts, a basketball court, a baseball field, boat launches, campsites, fishing, swimming, and about twelve acres of hiking trails. It got its name from a mass exodus of rats that exited a building that caught on fire in the 1800s.


The Eagle Point Trail Loop is 7.55 miles. The scenic trail is 2.2 miles. The Spring Creek Trail is .35 mile. The mountain bike trail is 3.65 miles.
